SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship only to the US.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Lakeland, FL.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Plan for extra time to process your order during holidays and sales.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. We will process orders in 1 to 3 business days. They will ship the day after processing.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take 3-6 days to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
You are eligible for a full refund if you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?
To speed up order processing, let us know about any changes or cancellations within 2 hours of your order.
We will deny all requests after this time. However, you can return your order for a full refund after you receive it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Refunds for credit or debit card payments will go to your bank. This will occur within 7 to 10 business days after we get the returned item or your cancellation request.
If you didn’t get a credit for your return, do this: Reach out to your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
